Mauro Galvão sacked
Mauro Galvão is no longer the Botafogo manager. After another alvinegro's defeat, the board decided to sacked the manager that took comand of Botafogo in June. under Galvão's managment, the team won 4 games, drawed 7 and lost another 7.
Paulo Bonamigo, up untill 2 weeks ago Atlético MG coach, is the name that is expected to take over Botafogo. On next wednesday's match against Santos, assistant manager Luiz Roberto Matter will lead the team, after he had already took temprary control of the team, when Levir Culpi was sacked.
