Ajax 1 - 1 FC Utrecht
In a repeat of the Dutch Super Cup from earlier this month, Ajax again slipped up at home against FC Utrecht, who made the short trip to Amsterdam and left with a share of the spoils. Surinam-born Darl Douglas gave the visitors the lead only for Steven Pienaar to equalise.
