Sporting Anderlecht defeated Gent 2-0 this Saturday evening in the Constant Vanden Stock stadium. During the first half hour Ghent threatened a few times but Anderlecht-keeper Daniel Zitka played a solid match. In the 32nd minute Anderlecht opened the score via Jestrovic. Iachtchouk doubled the lead twenty minutes before the end of the match.
