Juventus 1-3 Milan
Two goals from Clarence Seedorf helped AC Milan take a giant leap towards their first Serie A title since 1999 with a crucial 3-1 victory against champions Juventus FC in the Stadio Delle Alpi on Sunday evening.
Shevchenko opener
Andriy Shevchenko silenced the home supporters in Turin with the opener midway through the first half, thundering a header into the Juve net from Seedorf's cross. The Dutchman's second-half double put the visitors out of reach. Ciro Ferrara pulled a goal back for Juve in the dying minutes but it could not prevent Marcello Lippi's side slipping to a painful defeat, which leaves them nine points adrift.
