Inter 3 - Lecce 1

Internazionale got their 9th win in the Serie A this season, with a 3-1 victory over Lecce this evening. While Julio Cruz celebrated his 100th Serie A appearance with a goal, Vieri also had his chance, and got his 100th goal with the Inter jersey, in all competitions.

It was not an easy game though. After just 3 minutes, Bovo scored for Lecce, and the Inter players only stroke back in the beginning of the 2nd half. 10 minutes later Cordoba got the winning goal, and Vieri sealed the victory 5 minutes from time.

Inter are in fourth place, now just 5 points behind the leader, AS Roma.
