Spartak Moskva 2-1 Tom Tomsk

Spartak Moscow gained a victory in the fifth match in row in Premier-League. This time was beaten tenacious Tom from Tomsk.

It was difficult for players to concentrate on this match because everyone was sure that Spartak would get 3 points without any problems notwithstanding the fact that it became harder to get points in the end of the season. Fans were waiting for a super play from their team, but didn’t get it. It was obvious that the best player in our team was Sergey Covalcuk, who equalized the score and made least of all mistakes.

Spartak had only one training on a new pitch that wasn’t enough for adaptation and some players complained about the pitch. But Alexander Starkov said, that possible references to the quality of the field were a good way to justify own mistakes. In this match Spartak displayed its character and got three very important points.

Spartak have a week of training in Tarasovka ahead and a match against CSKA that can be a crucial moment of all the season.
