Red Star easily beat Jedinstvo in Meridian Superleague match originally scheduled for August 14th. Without three injured players and captain Kovacevic rested on the bench, our team showed good play and earned three points.
In the first half, Zigic opened scoresheet after Mudrinic's cross from freekick. Our striker headed in the net from five meters. Second goal scored Jankovic from almost same position. Jedinstvo goalkeeper Jovsic stopped Jankovic's first shot, but second was unstopable.
Inspired Milan Purovic scored third goal when he was efficient after Jedinstvo defenders poor reaction at Mudrinic's cross. Last goal scored Milanko Raskovic who shows good performances in last few matches. After brilliant counterattack, Lukovic crossed from left and Raskovic was on the right place to kick ball for final score.
After this victory, Red Star went third on the table, just two points behind leaders
