River Plate 0-0 Racing (friendly)



The friendly match between River Plate and Racing Club was interrupted at half-time. Racing fans threw several exploding devices to the pitch, one of wich fell close to River Keeper, Germán Lux.

Horacio Ameli, who was the first to leave the field, at half-time, stated: "I won´t play anymor. It´s the second bomb that explodes. Do they want to kill us all?".

During the break, the referee met both team captains - Marcelo Gallardo and Diego Simeone - and decided to suspend the match. There is no decision as to wether the match will played again or not.
