Diego Klimowicz out as well

Things are not going very well for the VfL Wolfsburg Argentinean contingent at the moment. On Wednesday, the midfield general Andres D'Alessandro was forced to leave the club’s training camp in La Manga early due to a niggling groin problem. Now his compatriot, the striker Diego Klimowicz has suffered a similar fate. “Klimo” has a foot problem and will also fly to Munich for an examination by the Bayern Munich and German international team physician Dr. Müller-Wohlfahrt.

Goal-getter
Klimovicz has shown good form during the first half of the season, scoring six and setting up a further three goals so far. That record puts him second on the goal scoring front, behind Petrov and Brdaric who both have eight goals to their name.
