Celtic 2-3 Aberdeen

Celtic FC suffered their first domestic defeat of the season as Aberdeen FC won 3-2 at Celtic Park, allowing second-placed Rangers FC to close the gap at the top of the Scottish Premier League to four points with a 2-1 victory at Dunfermline AFC.

Early shocks
The champions had not conceded at home this season, but found themselves two down after just six minutes. Darren Mackie put the visitors ahead in the fourth minute from a corner, and two minutes later Celtic goalkeeper David Marshall's clearance bounced off Aberdeen striker Fernando Pasquinelli and rolled into an unguarded net.

Injury-time winner
John Hartson brought Celtic level with two goals either side of half-time, but 19-year-old substitute John Stewart summoned a dramatic winner for Aberdeen in the fourth minute of injury time.
