Nesta ruled out for one month
AC Milan defender Alessandro Nesta has been ruled out for up to a month after surgery on his knee today.
The player's recovery will occur mostly during the Serie A winter break, but Milan will not be abtle to line up with Nesta in the match against AS Roma, the current league leaders, on January 6.
It is expected that Nesta returns full-fitted in time for the first leg of the first knock-out round of the Champions League, against Sparta Praha, on February 24.
