Slavia 1 - 0 Opava
Slavia earned three important points in the tenth round of Gambrinus league after defeating Opava 1-0. The winner was scored in the first half in the forty-first minute by Martin Zboncak, whose sent a spectacular shot after a corner kick of Lumir Sedlacek. The ball flew over the defence and ended in the goal. The remaining story of the match would be the same as in the previous matches of the red-whites. Many wasted opportunities to seal the win, dangerous counter-attacks of the opponent seeking to equalise till the last minute. Karel Pitak hit the woodwork twice in the second half, Pavel Fort and Stanislav Vlcek missed very good chances.
