Wolfsburg 2-3 FC Thun



VfL Wolfsburg fought back from three-goals down to set up an intriguing second leg tie against FC Thun in their UEFA Intertoto Cup second round first leg. Under-strength Wolfsburg were eventually beaten 3-2 at home by their Swiss opponents, but will be grateful that two late goals from Stefan Schnoor and Roy Präger clawed them back into the tie. With Wolfsburg resting several players the Swiss outfit sailed to a 3-0 lead at the VfL-stadion with goals from Baykal Kulaksizogli, Samuel Ojong and Mario Raimondi, before the German side hit back to set up a fascinating second leg in the canton of Berne next Sunday.
