Olympiacos pick up Rezic
Olympiacos CFP have signed Croatian international Ivan Rezic on a free transfer from NK Varteks.
Squad strengthening
The 25-year-old defender has penned a two-year contract at the Apostolos Nikolaidis stadium as the Greek club strengthens their squad ahead of their forthcoming UEFA Champions League campaign, which begins in the third qualifying round.
Croatian call-up
Rezic, who has been at Varteks since 1998, earned a call-up to Otto Baric's preliminary squad for UEFA EURO 2004™, but did not make the final cut.
