Man United Sign Heinze

Manchester United have reportedly agreed to terms with PSG's full-back Gabriel Heinze.

The well-travelled 26-year-old, who hails from Argentina, was reportedly topping Sir Alex Ferguson short-list of players to acquire.

Heinze, who has also played for Valladolid and Sporting Lisbon, holds a French passport and will not be considered a non EU player.

He had been previously linked with a move to Chelsea (then again who hasn't), but it appears he will be playing with Man U next season.
