River Plate reached the semi-finals, after winning in Colombia, yesterday, 3-1. Deportivo scored first and gave most of the offensive expenses of the match, but with an intelligent and patient game, River scored 3 goals in couter-strike. With a solid midfield and a great keeper, River destroyed most of the Cali plays, and with good ball circulation was able to feed the strikers several times, to turn the match around.

River Plate will face Boca Juniors in the semi-finals, after the Xeinezes eliminated São Caetano in the penalties, on Tuesday.
