Barcelona 0 - 0 Celtic

Martin O'Neill's Celtic, leading 1-0 from the first leg in Glasgow, held rampant Barcelona to a goalless draw at Camp Nou to reach the Quarter-Finals of the Uefa Cup.

Alan Thompson's goal a fortnight ago at Parkhead proved enough to halt Barca's bandwagon.

And given the Bhoys' previous fallibility in European away games, their resolute draw in Catalonia ranks as a heroic performance of great significance to a season that is shaping into one of their best-ever.

Celtic will now play Villareal, surprise conquerors of Roma, in the Quarter-Final.
